室內導航長期卡在硬體建置、現場施工、校準與維護成本。Yushan AI 這次提出的觀察,是把重點從「再裝一套設備」轉向「用 AI 解析既有場域資料」: 透過 4G、5G、Wi-Fi 等既有訊號,以及空間語意理解與訊號特徵分析,讓室內定位有機會更快導入。

這個方向的重要性,不只是讓使用者在商場、醫院、工廠或校園裡比較容易找到路,而是讓室內空間本身變成可被理解、 可被分析、可被管理的即時資訊基礎。前台是導航體驗,後台則是動線、熱點、區域效率與營運決策。

如果不需要重新部署 beacon、感測器或攝影機,企業導入門檻就會明顯下降。對醫療機構、公共場館、 零售空間和製造場域來說,這代表 AI 應用不必永遠從大型硬體工程開始,也可以從軟體、資料與模型能力切入。

從資本與產業角度看,這類 AI-native infrastructure 的價值在於可複製、可擴張、可跨場域部署。 它不是單一導航 App,而是把空間資料、企業營運和使用者體驗接在一起的基礎能力。

Indoor navigation has traditionally been constrained by hardware installation, on-site deployment, calibration, and ongoing maintenance. Yushan AI highlights a different direction: using AI to interpret existing spatial and communication signals instead of starting with another layer of dedicated equipment.

By combining existing 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi signal sources with spatial understanding, signal feature matching, and contextual analysis, indoor positioning can become faster to deploy and easier to operate across real-world facilities.

The opportunity goes beyond navigation. For users, it can improve wayfinding inside malls, hospitals, factories, campuses, and public buildings. For operators, it can create a real-time information layer for movement patterns, hotspot analysis, space utilization, and operational decisions.
